SHARK FISHING
Shark fishing is a fast and furious business and is only recommended for those with stamina and heart.These hunters of the deep include bronze whalers,threshers blues,makos,ragger tooth and hounds.The great white is protected in SA ,although it is common in Cape waters.For this reason it will be released with the line cut as close to the hook as possible if you get a bite.

BOATS,EQUIPMENT & CREW
SAJ uses a fleet of boats depending on the type of fish targeted and fishing conditions.The skippers all have many years experience and are all IGFA certified captains.(some of these guys can smell the fish!)The crews are well trained and many are qualified skippers themselves.

All boats have safety, navigational & communications equipment.Only premium quality tackle and equipment is used on the boats.You are welcome to bring your own personalised rig along.Food and refreshments are provided on all trips.
